Q: Do you offer discounts for large order? A: Yes. We offer the following discounts for large orders:
Orders above US$ 15,000.00 - receive a 3% discount from the published price-list.
Orders above US$ 20,000.00 - receive a 4% discount from the published price-list.
Orders above US$ 30,000.00 - receive a 5% discount from the published price-list.
Q: Do you publish a catalog and price-list? A: Yes. Click here to request our online price-list. We do not publish a hard copy catalog simply because this would run into hundreds of pages and our policy of continually adding products would render such a volume quickly obsolete.
Q: Where are you located? A: Our office is located in the Hanoi capital, approximately 30 kilometers from the Airport, far from the center about 7 km. If you intend to visit us please call to make an appointment to ensure we are available to meet with you.
Q: How long will the shipping take? A: Single items or small consignments (LCL, Samples) from our catalogs can be at your door via Air Freight within 2-5 days, For full or partial containers the final destination is the key, when you place an order for a container load, we will provide you with a definitive shipping schedule for the port nearest your location. Most destinations (Global) transit time is 3 -5 weeks MAX guaranteed.
Q: How much will the shipping cost? A: Again this depends on the final destination and size of the shipment, but all requirements for the export of the shipment from Hai Phong, including packing and completion of the official export documentation is included in the price. When you contact us we will give you a definitive quote for your destination.
Q: How long will it take for you to prepare my order? A: This depends on what and how much you order, for handbags in our catalog the turn-around time is within two week to 30 days. For lacquer items we can complete a 20' container within 2 months. Other items are 20-30 days. A full 20' or 40ft container for different items will take 2.5 months - 3 months for all products including packing and documentation. The detailed items we will give you a response via return e-mail for your consideration.
Q: Can you provide insurance for the transit of my goods? A: Yes, when shipping full containers and LCL cargo via our recommended shipping company we can insure the shipment for of the goods against any damage whilst in transit, until the time the consignment reaches your door. Cost is 3% of the total value of the cargo.
Q: Do you have a showroom? A: Yes. Although not open to the public, you may visit by appointment only. If you are in Hanoi or intend to visit, please contact us so we can arrange to show you our warehouse and factories
Q: Do you warranty the products you sell? A: Yes, within the following parameters: We offer a total replacement guarantee on all our products should they reach you in an unsatisfactory condition. Any warranty claims should be filed within 7 days of receiving your consignment and accompanied by photographs or other evidence of the problem incurred. We strive to provide the highest quality products and guarantee these items will reach you in good condition. We are sure you will treat the goods with due respect until your customers take possession of them. At the time the goods pass to a third party we can no longer be responsible. However should there be any complaint we will endeavor to resolve the matter in a fair and just manner to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Q: What are your payment terms and conditions? A: We request wire payment via Bank to Bank TT (Telegraphic Transfer). At confirmation of order we request a 50% deposit for the products. The balance, the final 50% for products and the shipping cost (100%) to be paid when the container is sealed and ready to be delivered to the port. For LCL shipments we request 70% remittance in advance, and 100% for sample order.
Q: What about the taxes and import duties in my country? A: These vary from country to country, we suggest you contact your local customs broker/agent for a quote and recommend you shop around (in our experience prices differ greatly from broker to broker)
Generally goods from Vietnam incur very little or no import duties because this country is classified as a (third world - developing nation).
